MILTON - Frank P. Klimek, 82, of Milton, died Friday, February 15, 2019 at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, Lewisburg.
He was born in Coudersport on August 14, 1936 and was the son of the late John J. and Frances (Tuscynski) Klimek, Sr.
Frank married the former Beulah A. (Blauvelt), who survives, on March 30, 1973 and they would have celebrated their 45th anniversary this year.
Frank was a graduate of Coudersport High School Class of 1955. Following high school Frank served his country proudly in the United States Army as a medic during the Vietnam War.
He was a truck driver for more than 25 years working for various companies including; Furmans of Northumberland, Lewis G. Johnson of Milton and drove school bus for Meadow Brook, Danville and Milton Schools. Frank was a member of Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton a past member of the Milton Moose Lodge and a director of the Wesleyan Men’s Fellowship. Frank enjoyed hunting at his family farm, and attending Cross Cutters baseball games with his family. He loved bowling in his younger years and was very active in his church with all the various activities.
In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by one son; Edward J. Klimek of Milton, one daughter and son-in-law; Rhonda S. and Richard Cook of Milton, two adopted daughters; Andrea Jomarie and Halee Klimek both of Milton, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one nephew and his wife; Terry and Joy Klimek of Coudersport.
In addition to his partents, Frank was preceded in death by four brothers; Joseph, William, John, Jr. and Robert Klimek and one sister; Gertrude Rossman.

A public viewing will be held from 6:00 – 7:00p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton followed by the funeral at 7:00p.m. with a close family friend, Pastor Doug Diven of New Hope Church officiating. Full military honors will also be provided by the Milton American Legion Honor Guard following the service. Burial will take place privately at a later date at the convenience of the family.
