Golda (Ray) Rohland

NORTHUMBERLAND - Golda R. (Ray) Rohland, 95, died Monday, July 27, 2020 at Nottingham Village Senior Center.

She was born in Buchner, North Carolina on May 5, 1925 and was the daughter of the late James Gaither and Pearl Iva (Briggs) Ray.

Golda married the late James M. Rohland on November 1956 and they celebrated 47 years of marriage together until his death on August 11, 2003.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Ray and Gail Rohland of Selinsgrove and four grandchildren; Amanda Rohland of Austin, TX, Matthew Rohland of McLean, VA, Rebekah Rohland of Philadelphia and Lizzy Rohland of Selinsgrove.

In addition to her parents and husband, Golda was preceded in death by one sister; Lucile Frady.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Winfield Baptist Church, 330 State Route 304, Winfield, PA 17889

Per Golda’s request all services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  Burial will take place in St. John’s The Wonder Worker Cemetery, Winfield.  Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
