ELIMSPORT - Harold “Bud” Drick, 90, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023 at The Williamsport Home.

He was born on January 18, 1933 in Washington TWP and was the son of the late Fred and Kathleen (Fritz) Drick.  His mother passed away when Bud was three years old and his late aunt and uncle; Elizabeth “Bea” and Arthur “Art” Yeagle brought him into their family where they lovingly raised him as one of their own.

Bud married the late Margaret (Bower) whom he always called “Maggie” on March 14, 1953.  They celebrated 69 wonderful years together until her passing on December 27, 2022.

Bud was a dedicated dairy farmer.  He enjoyed hunting and riding motorcycles, especially his trike, made for him by his grandson.  He was so proud to ride it in the 911 Memorial Ride at the age of 81.  He was a very active lifelong member of St. John’s United Methodist Church, Elimsport.

He adored his family and is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Hal M. and Michele Drick, Sr. of Elimsport, one daughter and son-in-law; Suzette C. and Charles Ulrich of Elimsport, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and his Yeagle sisters; Judy McCormick and Diane O’Neil.

In addition to his parents, aunt and uncle and his wife, Bud was preceded in death by two brothers; Harry and Robert Drick and Max Yeagle.

All services for Bud are being handled privately at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.  Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, Milton.
